At the home of the makers of Mama Amor Cacao…they welcomed us with so much love and food and cacao that our hearts were bursting♥️

The cacao trees grow on their land right out their front door. Listening to and learning from the Maestra de Cacao was so beautiful😭 Their family then joined us in a chocolate making workshop hosted by @cacaosource where we created all kinds of delicious cacao desserts and drinks😋

Their Mama Amor cacao can be purchased directly through @soulliftcacao who supports all these beautiful families we visited in their production of Guatemalan cacao🙏🏼♥️

Frolicking in a Guatemalan jungle of cacao trees, tasting the sweet seeds, drinking the juice and sitting with mama cacao in her home with the farmers who pour their hearts into their work♥️

Sat with the land this morning before we started building the beds and asked permission to work on this plot, offering gratitude, gifts and cacao to the earth and speaking my intentions to her🌎

How to let go of expectations and perfection. To not take it all so seriously and to enjoy all the whipped cream and sprinkles you want😋
