Reiki is the universal life force energy that surrounds us. By receiving Reiki energy you are opening yourself up to accept the healing and transformation that it can create in your life on so many levels. Reiki is a laying of hands energy that can be shared by an attuned practitioner to support you in the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. Reiki provides excellent support for anything you are going through. The healing energy of Reiki takes place on all levels so whatever you are dealing with can be addressed during the session.
Feelings of inner peace, release of pain and tension, lowered anxiety, and expansion of conscious awareness are common after a Reiki session.
Sessions can be booked during the evenings Mon-Thur or anytime Fri-Sun as long as I am available. All sessions will take place at The Enchanted Yurt located in east Norman, Oklahoma. Once you have purchased a session you will be contacted via email to schedule appointment and you will be given the exact location. The first 10-15 minutes of the session includes a short consultation and intention setting, followed by a 45 minute hands on (you can also request to not be touched, Reiki energy still works hands off) Reiki healing session.
